Once upon a time ..., the story of the Casteil Animal Park.
 

The history of the Animal Park at Casteil could start off like a fairy tale. A family park which donates its animals, then takes in a 6 month old baby lioness which lived in an apartment …  This was how it all started.  Courage on all occasions and … several setbacks and finally, the dream came true.  The small zoo, 5000m2, has become a park of around 20 hectares.

A family walk in the middle of nature, discovering the flora and the fauna.

The park welcomes you on a site on the mountain side and offers 2 discovery trails in the middle of nature (2,5 and 3,5 km.  More than 200 animals move about in natural  surroundings (lions, wallabies, deers, bears, mountain goats …) and where the Mediterranean flora is preserved.
