In the heart of the Roussillon, in Rivesaltes, Cazes has near 200 hectares that each year give rise to 15 different wines.
Vins de pays, Côtes du Roussillon and Côtes du Roussillon Villages, Rivesaltes and Muscat de Rivesaltes... each of those is given the same care in nearly twelve different processes, each combining traditional know-how and elaborate technology.
 
In 1927 Michel Cazes bought the Mas Joffre, a former property of the famous Maréchal Joffre, who was born in Rivesaltes and hero of the First World War. Over the years, the property grew, via the acquisition of neighboring parcels of land; its extent had reached 40 hectares.
 
 
 

The entire production is certified organic and biodynamic since 2005

 
Today, CAZES has the largest organic and bio-dynamic estate in France.

Since 1960, more than 300 medals were awarded to products from the Home Cazes. With its expertise in breeding and winemaking, it proposes a complete range of fortified wines present the greatest starred restaurants worldwide.
 
Nowadays, Cazes propose a large range of Natural Sweet Wines that one can find in the most famous restaurants in the world, rich wines with different flavours: tropical and citrus for the Muscat de Rivesaltes ; dried fruits for the Rivesaltes Ambré; toasted notes and chocolate for the Rivesaltes Tuilé; red fruits for the Rivesaltes Grenat.
Soft and fresh, with dominant fruit flavours, Le Canon du Marechal is Cazes’ everyday drinking wine, and it is the perfect wine to accompany all meals.
Find full bodied and concentrated wines with light wood and spicy flavour like “Alter”, “Ego” and “Credo”. You will drink them right now or after some years later.
 
 
 
The visit of the company:  includes the presentation of the Domain, awareness at work in biodynamic, the main principles of vinification of different wines, visiting old casks. The tasting "privilege" to discover the whole range from dry wines to sweet wines. to visit in English.

The restaurant La Table d'Aimé offers seasonal cuisine based products mainly from organic farming.

Public allowed: individual and groups, tour and tasting only for groups (10 to 35 people) by appointment only, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
