La Guinelle applies stringent criteria when selecting its Banyuls, a natural sweet wine with a highly aromatic flavour.
 
Our 100% organic vinegar-making process using alcohol and acetic fermentation, yields aromas of ripe raspberries and blackcurrants.
 
Matured in oak casks in the hot Mediterranean sunshine, this Banyuls vinegar develops singular strength and a very distinctive flavour.

Visit the company : the development of the vinegar to the bottling - open air visit, in a natural landscape of vines and olive trees, and visit the farm - tasting.

The shop is dedicated to vinegar is in the Saint Sebastian street, in Banyuls sur Mer (tel +334 68 85 54 12).

Public allowed : individual and groups (maximum 20 people - a tour, by reservation only).

Opening : In July and August from 9am to 12 and from 3pm to 7pm except Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the year, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm except Saturday and Sunday.
