Château Montana

Created in the 19th century, this vineyard has been completely restructured traditional since 1996. Around the buildings, the vineyard extends over thirty acres in the Aspres, south of Perpignan, on sandy and clayey limestones.

Practice of rational culture, leaving way to traditional methods such as tillage.

In AOC* area, next to the "classic" vines such as Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault, improving vine varietals such as Syrah, Mourvedre, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are developed outside off the AOC.

The vinification and aging take place on site, in particular cellar, while respecting the tradition of wine.
A museum makes tribute to the men who through the ages have been innovating and adapting techniques to our delight.
