History of Domaine Claire Mayol
At the Cave Claire Mayol, the wine is well-known! Jean-Philippe Saguy with the experience of Albert Mayol in oenology, and his wife Claire, innovate with a full range of local Catalan Coast wines.
With 20 hectares in the plain of Agly and 22 hectares nestled in the hills overlooking Collioure, Banyuls and Cerbère, the area offers in its cellar in front of the marina of Port-Vendres, representative wines of the Pyrenees-Orientals.
Indeed, the different varieties such as Muscat, Macabeu, Grenache and white, black or gray allow these independent winegrowers to make all the famous wines of the department.
