Claudia and Philip are passionate farmers, the farm is mainly composed of olive trees and a new varieties plantation : redouneil Olivieri, traditional local varieties from the Albères.
They also have a property consisting of apricot fruit, almond, fig and hazelnut for a total area of 4.5 hectares.
All these cultures are carried out according to the method of organic farming since 2005.
In 2011, the exploitation has grown.

Our mill is also available to other local farmers, or professionals, we triturate their olives and committed to sell their production.
Olives from our property are all certified organic.
