Les Cailloux du Tech - a traditional biscuit factory


Located in the Jardin des Metiers d'Art Elne, this family business produces biscuits on site, salty and sweet almond of the Roussillon.
All our products are made without preservatives, artificial flavorings and colorings.

 

Les Cailloux du Tech develop its products in accordance with the seasons so you can find cherry and strawberry, sweet specialties in the spring. For the San Jordi is the rose that is put at the honor.

These complete the delicious range permanently.
Our products are recognized by the South of France quality label.

Armand Laborde, the pastry chef, offers work experience and know-how to make cookies in accordance with tradition. You will rediscover some forgotten flavors. Armand exercises in the culinary field since 1987. He learned all the techniques related to food, bakery, biscuit ...


His rich and varied experience enabled him to acquire a real know-how. It is the passion he has for his job that pushed Armand to buy the biscuit factory, which he improved quality while preserving the authenticity of crafts.
