Situated at the foot of the medieval castle of Balesta, the cooperative wine cellars of 1925 have been transformed into a contemporary hotel restaurant respecting the architectural unity of the castle museum.

Upstairs, rooms and suites open onto the hills and the vineyards. On the ground floor, each room gives onto a private outside area overlooking the gardens which lead down to a natural swimming pool. An invitation to swim with the waterlillies and the dragonflies!
