The Peak of Puigmal, also called Puigmal d'Err, is a mountain in the Pyrenees, in the Spanish-French border, within the limits of the municipality of Queralbs and the commune of Err. Its summit with 9,546 ft is one of the highest peaks in the eastern Pyrenees.

 

The highest skiing area of the Pyrenees at an altitude of 2900 m Puigmal deserves to be called an altitude resort: the Montserrat ski-lift brings you up to 2700m to see an unforgettable panoramic view of the French and Spanish Cerdagne. A huge range is a your disposal, covering a total area of 320 hectares, in a preserved domain alternating between forests and open spaces.

In such a natural resort, with breathtaking landscapes, you will, without any doubt, appreciate the wild life atmosphere. Everything has been organised for skiers and surfers, whatever their level, to be able to reach the 2700m slope.

A mountain resort

With a ski area culminating at 2700 m, the Puigmal resort offers the top slopes above the French Pyrenees.

Everything has been planned for the majority of skiers and snowboarders, regardless of their level. And good skiers will rediscover "skiing", and get a adrenaline rush, others may also benefit from these great scenery with a blue trail that takes them from 2700 m to 1800 m at the bottom of the station.
