La Maison du Terroir is a gastronomic restaurant, nestled at Maury between the sea and the mountains, offering you exceptional surroundings near the Cathar castles and the Galamus gorges.
The cuisine of a companion of the Tour de France... Originally from Perpignan, Pascal BORRELL followed studies in bio-chemistry first of all before starting his wonderful gastronomic adventure.
Thanks to the exceptional path he chose to follow, respecting tradition and his great creativity, Pascal Borrell has given his art a new dimension, based on what he calls "deconstruction": Analyzing traditional recipes, respecting the uniqueness of flavours and "reconstructing them in an inventive way".
In 2001, The Michelin Guide gave him a star and 2004 was the year of his consecration: He was given the title Best Regional Chef of the Year and he obtained the mark of 14/20 from Gault and Millau.
