At the foothills of the Canigou, l'Auberge Saint-Paul, a former chapel of the 13th century, welcomes you in a fortified village. The chef offers a cuisine of local products in accordance with the season.
Here, between Perpignan and Font-Romeu, with Mont Canigou rising in the distance, you enter the medieval atmosphere of a fortified village. On the church square inside the ramparts, the Auberge Saint-Paul, once a l3th C. chapel, invites you to enjoy the tranquillity of a bygone era. If it's a sunny day or a summer's evening, the tables will be laid outside on the terrace under the trees. If it's a chilly day, the warm, rustic surroundings of the dining-room will give you good cheer. The chef also adapts his à la carte and set-price menus to suit the seasons. Every day he selects fresh produce from the market to prepare exclusively for you.
That is why you will find so much charm and finesse in his cuisine.
