Since 1921, the Oil Mill at Millas has developped its know-how. The 100% natural oil is the result of a rigourous selection of the olive brought to the mill by the farmers in the cooperative. They are washed, reduced to mash and pressed in order to separate the liquid part (olive juice), from the solid part (olive cake). The olive juice then goes through the centrifuge in order to extract only pure and delicious oil.
Quality controls take place throughout the production process from the moment they arrive until their transformation into oil or pressed olives which guarantees the traceability of the finished product up until its distribution.
